Refund policy

You can apply for a full refund within within 14 days of your first Premium purchase (monthly or annual payment), regardless of the reason.

For automatic renewal deductions, you can apply for a full refund within 14 days of the deduction date.

After 14 days, in principle, the fees paid for the current period will not be refunded; you can still cancel the subscription at any time, and the paid benefits will be retained until the end of the current period, and no fees will be deducted thereafter.

However, the following situations are not subject to the 14-day limit and we will refund the amount in proportion to the unused period:

• Due to problems with this service, the Premium function will be unavailable for a long time.
• If we terminate the Premium service or change the plan content, your main rights and interests will be materially adversely affected.
• Duplicate or incorrect deductions (full refund of the incorrect deduction).

• Accounts or servers that have been terminated due to violations of Terms of Service (e.g. abuse of service, fraud).
• Apply for a refund after an obvious repeat purchase to avoid paid abuse.

You can apply through any of the following methods:

1. Click the link in the payment receipt letter sent by Paddle to apply for a refund or cancel your subscription directly from Paddle.
2. Send an email to [email protected] and include the email you used to purchase it, and your order number or Discord username.
3. Private message blackink7777 via Discord and include the email you used to purchase it, along with your order number or Discord username.

We will respond to messages sent to [email protected] or Discord private messages within 7 business days.

Orders for this service are processed by Paddle.com as the Merchant of Record, and refunds will be returned by Paddle to your original payment method. Once the refund is approved, the credit time depends on the card-issuing bank or payment service, and usually takes 5 to 10 working days.

After the refund is completed, the relevant Premium benefits will be stopped immediately, and the server settings will return to the upper limit of the free plan. Settings that exceed the upper limit will not be deleted, but will be suspended.

This refund policy does not affect your rights under local consumer protection legislation. If there is a conflict between this policy and local mandatory regulations, local regulations shall prevail.
