Server and channel information

• Server (guild) ID and name: Used to identify the server and display in the control panel.
• Channel ID and Name: Used to identify the channel and display settings.
• User ID and Username: Used in some functions to identify and manipulate related data, and to log in to the control panel.

Message data

• Message relay data: Such as message ID, send time, attachment information, and other data required for the functionality to function.
• Message content and attachments: Only processed when necessary to provide relevant functions (such as deleting message logs), security testing, or to maintain service operations.

Payment and Subscription Information (Premium subscribers only)

• Subscription information provided to us by Paddle: email, country or region, subscription plan and status, transaction number, and the Discord user ID and server ID you bound when purchasing.
• We will not obtain or store your full credit card number or payment account information.

• Provides features: such as deleted-message logs, voice channel activity records, scam protection, and live notifications.
• Subscription Management: Confirm Premium benefits, process renewals, cancellations and refunds.
• System maintenance: including but not limited to maintaining system stability, fixing bugs, improving performance and enhancing user experience.
• Security Detection: Detect unusual behavior, abuse, fraud, malicious content, or other conditions that may affect the security of the service.
• Anonymous statistical analysis: After de-identifying the data, it is used to continuously improve service quality and functionality.

Unless required for a feature to work, or otherwise agreed by the server administrator, the system only performs real-time analysis on message content and attachments. Generally, the content will not be stored for a long time, nor will it be provided to third parties. We don't use your messages to train AI models.

Each type of data is only kept for as long as it is necessary for its purpose:

• Function settings: In principle, they are saved until the robot exits the server.
• Message cache: The message snapshot used to delete the message log is stored in the cache in an encrypted manner. When the capacity is insufficient, the oldest data will be automatically eliminated.
• Payment Records: Keep for the period required by tax and accounting regulations.
• Temporary data: Data generated due to system operation, security protection or error troubleshooting will be deleted after processing is completed.
• Anonymous statistical data: It may be retained after de-identification and used to improve service quality.

We strictly protect your personal data. Your personal data will not be provided, exchanged, rented or sold to other individuals, groups, private enterprises or public authorities unless there is a legal basis or contractual obligation.

In order to provide services, we will use the following third-party services and require them to comply with confidentiality obligations:

• Discord: The platform on which this service operates, and the Discord Privacy Policy applies.
• Paddle: Reseller processing Premium payments, Paddle Privacy Policy applies.
• Cloud hosting and database service: used to host this service and store data.

You or the server administrator can make a request for data query, deletion or cessation of processing at any time. After confirming your identity and request content, we will handle it in accordance with the actual situation, functional requirements and relevant laws to protect your privacy.

To request access to or deletion of your data, please email [email protected]. Payment records that must be kept by law will be deleted after the legal retention period expires.

We use outsourced hosting services and adopt reasonable technical and management measures to protect data security, including but not limited to transmission encryption, encrypted storage of sensitive data, access control and rights management, to reduce the risk of unauthorized access, tampering, leakage or damage to data. We will continue to review and improve our information security measures.

We may modify this privacy policy. The revised content will be announced on this page and will be effective from the time of announcement. If there are any major adjustments, we will notify or announce them through appropriate means as appropriate.

These terms are available in multiple languages. If there is any inconsistency between language versions, the English version prevails.
