Will free features become paid?
No. Current free features will stay free. Premium provides higher limits and extra services.
Should I choose Premium or Premium+?
Both have the same features. Premium covers 1 server; Premium+ covers 3. Choose Premium for one server, or Premium+ for better value across multiple servers.
Is Premium tied to my server or account?
Your subscription is tied to your Discord account. Assign boosts in the dashboard to 1 server with Premium or up to 3 with Premium+. Boosted servers get higher notification limits, custom notification identities, and custom bot appearance.
Can notifications use a custom name?
Yes. Premium and Premium+ support custom names and avatars for YouTube and Twitch alerts, or the source channel's identity. Free alerts use nekoHaru's name and avatar.
What bot appearance can I change?
Change the bot's avatar and profile banner in boosted servers only. Other servers keep the default appearance. When Premium ends, defaults return; resubscribing restores your saved settings.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Each Discord account gets a 7-day trial on its first subscription. Cancel during the trial without being charged. Previously subscribed accounts start a paid plan immediately.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No further payments are taken after cancellation. Paid benefits remain until the current period ends.
Can I get a refund?
A full, unconditional refund is available within 14 days of an initial or renewal payment. See our refund policy.
Which payment methods are supported?
Paddle processes payments by credit/debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and more, depending on your region. Taxes are calculated automatically.
